Bali weather in December will be the monsoon/rainy season there is a strong likely hood that you will get some rain. Often the rain increases from December to March and comes at night with the days being hot and sunny.November/December is in rainy season in Bali but it usually rains through the night and is dry by breakfast. The Bali weather is very humid and hot, and not as busy as High season, you should be able to get rooms without much trouble. River run off into the ocean can affect the diving visibility but it never stops us diving!
