Rains fall alot more in high plains as you go upper north. in denpasar and everyhting else on the same level like Kuta Sanur ND etc.
In Bali Weather in this month you will get plenty of time for a suntan and enjoy relaxing at the beach and pool etc. you may get a number of days with no rain what so ever. a lot of the time there is a downpour and then it clears. often you get most rain at night. bali is a fantastic place for a holiday any time of the year.

Bali Weather in February is the wet or rainy season. You can expect high tides and rains quite often. Anyway after our experience we couldn't advise to better choose the dry (march to october) or the wet season (october to march) because with the climate change last year it was quite a dry wet season but instead quite a wet dry season.The weather in the rainy season is fickle. You can have almost any combination of rain and sunshine. It may be drizzly all day, or just part of a day. You can have a week of sunny weather, followed by a week of cloudy and rainy weather - it is simply unpredictable. In february you can expect the weather hot, with a high degree of humidity and rains quite often. The rains normally doesn't last all day long, but instead strong short pourings usually in the evening.

Rain is anyone's guess, you could just have rain for an hour in the morning then it could be dry the rest of the day, or you could have steady showers all day, or just an overcast day. Weather should undoubtedly be better in June, however I find that the rain is a great excuse to hit the shops, or go for a spa treatment, or have a nice long relaxing lunch watching the rain.Enjoy !!
